Warranty
Steve's Wholesale Distributors, Inc. offers a warranty on everything we sell. This warranty is either our own or the manufacturers. The manufacturer's warranty will always supersede the warranty offered by Steve's Wholesale Distributors, Inc.
In most cases there will be a manufacturer's service center in your area to handle any problems you may have. In the cases where there is no local service center follow these steps:
- Pack the product carefully
- Enclose the original receipt or a copy
- Enclose a brief note describing what is wrong with the product
- Ship it freight pre-paid to:
- Steve's Wholesale Distributors, Inc.
- ATTENTION: Warranty Department

If the product is under warranty and not abused, Steve's Wholesale Distributors, Inc. will repair or replace the item, at our discretion or in accordance with the manufacturer's policy, and send it back to you.
All merchandise is backed by our 90 day warranty, unless there is a manufacturer's warranty that extends or reduces this time frame.
All electric and gas powered items will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty for that specific item.
Returns
Steve's Wholesale Distributors, Inc. will credit you for any item returned UNUSED and in the original carton for any reason, within 30 days of original purchase. (Items must be in resellable condition, in the original carton and unused.)
Customers are responsible for freight charges unless items were shipped in our error. Customers are also responsible for any and all shipping charges on exchanged or replacement merchandise.
A restocking fee of 20% may be added to items returned after 30 days, or that have been used.
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have concerning the warranty or return of merchandise. Please call or e-mail us for specific information on any item we sell.
To return an unused item follow these steps:
- Pack item(s) well to avoid damage during transit. (We will not be responsible for damaged freight nor will we accept it.)
- Include your original invoice
- Enclose a brief note explaining why you are returning the product.
- Ship, freight pre-paid to:
- Steve's Wholesale Distributors, Inc.

- Oklahoma City, OK 73139
- Attention: Returns Department
- We will promptly credit your account in the same manner as your purchase (ie. credit card or check) and a copy of your credit will be mailed directly to you.
If we ship the wrong item, please contact the Shipping Department

- Certified check (in advance)

- Money Order (in advance)
We ONLY ship to the verified billing address of the purchasing credit card.
We ship to the lower 48 states ONLY.
We do NOT ship to APO addresses at this time.
Sorry NO International shipments will be accepted at this time.
Not all merchandise is pictured and at times a similar item is substituted.
If an item is Out Of Stock we will send you a backorder notice and e-mail you when the merchandise becomes available.
Any obvious pricing error will NOT be honored if that error results in a loss to Steve's Wholesale Distributors, Inc. We will make every effort to have accurate pricing posted at all times and prevent this from ever occurring.
